I really like the experience I had with you and everyone there.

I am very happy with how the ring turned out. It sparkles so much that it was hard for me to take a picture of it. I couldn’t be happier. I can’t wait to give it to her. I really liked how it was packed for shipping also. Thank you so much for all of your help. I will be returning for the matching wedding ring and probably some earrings in the future. I really like the experience I had with you and everyone there.

Thanks Michelle and Whiteflash!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.

I was on the fence about sizing and design, but Jennifer was very patient and helped me through the whole decision process. Excellent product and even better customer service. Whiteflash is exceptional at what they do.
