I had a very pleasant journey finding the diamond I wanted and the ring setting for an engagement ring.

I was very nervous making a big purchase online, especially something I did not know very well, diamonds and jewelry. After doing a lot of research I saw that Whiteflash had a pristine reputation and very good reviews. Indeed, that's the case. I had a very pleasant (thorough and not rushed) journey finding the diamond I wanted it and the ring setting for an engagement ring. Michelle Adams helped me through the process, and after some phone calls she clarified all my doubts. The whole process was exactly as advertised, I was kept informed all the way. The ring was shipped the day I was promised, and it came with the certificate and in a beautiful red box, as you can see in the webpage. I am extremely satisfied with the product I purchased and my fiancee loved the ring.

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.
