Amazing, personalized service and fast delivery!

I have browsed Whiteflash on and off over the past few years, and Liza always remembers me and kindly asks how she can be of help. I finally decided to purchase a pair of diamond studs. I confirmed the order and paid on Friday before Mother's Day, and received them the following Friday in time for Mother's Day. (And during the COVID19 circumstances, nonetheless!) Earrings are flawless and brilliant! They just gained another lifetime customer.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!
