I had the best experience working with Liza, from Whiteflash. She's super knowledgeable and stayed in touch with updates on new inventory, per my diamond criteria. When it comes to comparing different diamonds, she's very thorough and you get the full scope without having to actually see the diamond in person. Great customer service from beginning to end. The package was highly secured; it felt like a friend pranked you during Christmas, having a box within a box within a box, with the security tape! Whiteflash's A Cut Above (super ideal cut) is definitely worth it. The sparkle/performance of the diamond is out of this world. I can't stop staring at it. ?? Note: I researched other online retailers, but none of their super ideal cuts come close to Whiteflash. Their ASET images showed light leakages and the Hearts & Arrows were not defined/symmetrical. Plus, they were more expensive too! All in all, for the best price and diamond go to Whiteflash!

My experience with Whiteflash was incredible!

From day one, Becca helped me out with the process. I was able to get in touch with her over email and on the phone. She is very patient, explained everything so well, and took the stress out out of the process. She remained in touch throughout and kept me updated. She was very helpful with the stone and ring selection and sent really good pictures and videos of the stone once it was brought in by them. The ring I selected was originally meant for a round stone (and I wanted an oval), and she was quickly able to check for me if that request could be accommodated by the ring-maker. As for the website itself, the experience there was great as well. The filters present on the site for searching stones are great, and I was easily able to narrow down my selection to a handful of stones after I did my research on diamonds (which btw, I would highly recommend - it is pretty cool to know all these cool details about diamonds). The service (aside from Becca) was also very great. They were patient and helped me process my payment through my preferred method.

It was a pleasure working with Becca and the Whiteflash team to design the perfect engagement ring for me and my fiancé!

Becca was great answering any questions I had and providing photos and videos of the diamonds that I was interested in. Every diamond that they showed me was gorgeous and I ended up picking a 2.09ct from their precision lab. They held it for me with a $1k refundable deposit while we were discussing a custom ring. They were very patient with me as I changed the ring design a few times and worked with me until I was 100% happy with the design! After paying for the diamond and ring, it took a little over 4 weeks. It came with a Cherry Wood Ring Box, which is a little on the bigger side, and nice packaging, including all of the diamond certifications. I would highly recommend Whiteflash! The actual diamond/ Ideal-scope/ASET/and Actual Hearts images/videos of their vetted diamonds basically guarantee you'll get a high performance round diamond (if that's what you're going for)!

A special ring for my wife to celebrate our 50th anniversary.

I contacted Michelle at Whitefish who had previously rendered excellent service to me in picking diamond earrings for my wife. Happily, Michelle was still there and happily she helped me immensely in sorting through diamond options and picking the right one. My wife was absolutely thrilled with the ring she got.
