Whiteflash, more like super-whiteflash!

A friend of mine recommended Whiteflash to me so I took his advice and began my journey to find the perfect engagement ring for the one I love. All of the whiteflash staff that I dealt with were very professional and of the utmost help. My diamond consultant (Liza) is an exemplary employee who assisted me every step of the way and helped me to find the perfect diamond down to the microcosmic detail. She is a valuable asset to Whiteflash and made my experience an outstanding one, and even after the purchase she has kept in touch with me to see how I liked the diamond ring. Also, during the course of the diamond search Liza made the effort to connect with me on a personal level so that the process would be easier for me, like I had a friend helping me search.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!
