My Whiteflash Experience.

My experience with Whiteflash was absolutely wonderful. Upon signing up for a user account on the site, I received a phone call from Liza at Whiteflash, offering to help answer any questions I might have and guide me in my search for the perfect engagement diamond/ring. From that point on, Liza was there each step of the way, and helped review potential diamonds with me, providing with her professional perspective of the pros and cons of each. Upon finalizing my order, I was kept in the loop every step of the way as the ring was prepared and shipped. I received the ring yesterday, and it is absolutely beautiful. I'd highly recommend Whiteflash to others.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash. I mainly worked with Becca who is extremely knowledgeable and was patient with me while explaining certain differences. My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier.
