From diamond selection to custom design-fantastic!

As with many of the other reviewers, the simple fact that I am taking the time to write a review speaks volumes. I originally began working with Chris G. at Whiteflash to talk about selecting a loose diamond and what the process for designing a custom ring would be. This was quite a process as I was looking for very specific parameters and I am also prone to excessive research and getting a lot of conflicting information on the internet about what an "ideal" radiant cut stone proportions were. Chris was very knowledgeable and helped me sort though what the best stone to call in was. We called that stone in and it was nice, but we weren't totally satisfied and called in 2 other stones to compare. Chris and the staff was great in the final recommendation and actually recommended the least $$ stone, whole heatedly as the best performer. The next team member I worked with was Joe D. from the CAD department who helped me design the custom setting. We set up a webinar and it was very clear that top priority was getting this design right. He did an amazing job at interpreting my vision, he asked all the right questions to make sure that we were both on the same page. The result was an amazing design. Finally I worked with Vera W. for the deliver, there had been a delay in the original delivery date, and I had a big party planned at which point we were hoping to have the ring and the new delivery date would have been after the party. She was able to pull through with excellent follow up and the ring was delivered the day before the party! Since I am the recipient of the ring, I was probably a bit more hands on than other customers and a bit more high maintenance. The entire Whiteflash staff was extremely professional and patient throughout the process. And let me just say how completely thrilled we are with the final ring. The diamond is absolutely perfect and what I was looking for, tons of fire and sparkle, and the setting is the perfect balance between simplicity, strength and elegance. Thank you Whiteflash!
