Whiteflash - a fantastic decision

Whiteflash really has a nice operation. They have more high-quality diamonds to choose from than any retail place, yet they really did a great job of providing personalized assistance for me without being pushy like many of the stores I visited. I could see an actual photo of the diamond along with all the documentation. The transaction went very smoothly and the ring I received was just amazing, even though I could have returned it without much trouble. My fiancee is completely dazzled by the ring and I feel confident that I made the best decision.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!
