Exactly What We Wanted

Whiteflash listened to my fiancé about what I was looking for and worked with him to custom-design my engagement ring. I searched countless websites looking for a great style for his wedding band, and settled with Whiteflash as well. I get compliments on my ring *all the time*, and I know he's going to love the design I chose for him too. Liza and the people at Whiteflash were very responsive to all of our requests, worked with us on an alternate shipping location (we both travel constantly), and even gave me a discount since my fiance had worked with them already. The entire buying experience was a pleasure and if I ever need to find nice jewelry for any other reason, Whiteflash will be at the top of my list of places to consider.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash.
