Excellent Experience

I ordered an ACA diamond and couldn't be happier with the stone and ring! I had amazing support from their customer service department, specifically Chris, and he helped put my mind to rest about all the details. He was completely transparent with all the policies and procedures and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. They have excellent "after purchase" policies with the ability to upgrade or, should the worse happen, return your diamond if you aren't satisfied. In my case, I hope she says yes in the coming weeks! If not, my mind is at rest knowing I could at least get my money back! Count me as a raving fan for this awesome company! :)
