Crazy Super Awesome Customer Service!

Liza Horowitz was my contact with White-flash. She was extremely patient with me and helped me make an informed decision as I asked quite a few questions about the various aspects of my diamond. In the end, she helped me find exactly what I was looking for. On the day my diamond arrived, I went to FedEx to pick it up but I didn't have the tracking number. I just had to call White-flash and they were able to get it for me very quickly. I just love White-flash's customer service. Thanks = )
