Best decision you will ever make!!!!

Whiteflash is the best!!! I contacted WF back in March regarding a custom engagement ring for my fiance. Tracy immediately contacted me and started the design process. I didn't want a stock setting with a diamond of my choosing... I wanted something that I could help design to give my fiance something that was truly one of a kind. Tracy was very willing to listen and really spent the time to make sure I received exactly the ring I wanted. The website greatly aided in the diamond selection. I must admit that I initially felt a little reluctant to spend so much money on something that I couldn't hold in my hand. After a whole lot of searching on the internet, I found that the WF reputation is amazingly high. That, plus the assistance that Tracy provided, really put me at ease. I would definitely suggest speaking with her before you choose a diamond because some elements are a little difficult to resolve from the scanned PDF of the AGS report (tiny inclusions). I opted for the Whiteflash A Cut Above diamond in a 1ct round and could not be happier. It really does sparkle!!! We get compliments all the time! After speaking with an independent appraiser (who we used to get a detailed report for insurance purposes) he mentioned that there is definitely a difference between getting these kinds of diamonds online vs your basic brick and mortar. The brick and mortar places absolutely charge a premium for such ideal cut diamonds and we would have had to pay twice as much for the same thing! You are in good hands with WF! As for the custom design, we had a pretty short timeline but Tracy was quick to identify a jeweler that could provide us with exactly what we wanted. After sending some preliminary design elements to Tracy, she relayed the information to a designer who then came back with a series of 3D CAD renderings. After looking at the designs I made some small modifications and sent them back with my comments. The designer integrated my changes and viola... A beautiful ring! My fiance and I were in Hawaii and Tracy was able to get the ring overnighted in time for me to propose while on vacation (at their cost)! It was perfect! I wouldn't hesitate to choose WF for your ring / diamond needs! They are wonderful! (Also, before shipping they sent me some beautiful pictures of the ring framed on a rose!!! Really cool!)
