Whiteflash is a great place to find the perfect engagement ring. I had a beautiful channel set ring custom made to the specific elements I wanted. Sheerah was amazing, and helped me pick out an incredible diamond, perfect for my budget, and perfect visually. Step by step, she guided me through the whole process, picking a beautiful diamond and getting my custom design thoughts into a spec for design. Joe, in CAD design, spent nothing shorts of many hours discussing with me the finest details of my custom design. At one point, we talked about the difference between +- 0.2mm thicknesses and how it might effect the ring visually! Thats the kind of detail an engineer can appreciate. Many of my friends have told me "This is the nicest diamond ring I've ever seen!" I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!
