Love, love, love my Whiteflash.com custom ring!

I purchased a custom ring from Whiteflash.com. It love it, love it, love it. My custom ring is a three stone diamond ring with a delicate, yet sturdy, trellis type setting, white gold prongs and yellow gold band. The center diamond is my original RB 1 carat diamond and Liza (my Diamond Consultant at Whiteflash) suggested three pairs of matching diamonds that would be the side diamonds to match my center diamond. I chose one of the pairs and they are exactly as they were stated and perfectly match my center diamond. Liza suggested .4 carat size for each side diamond as that would create an aesthetically pleasing ring and the side stones would amp up the center stone. She was right. My center stone has six prongs and the side stones have four prongs. The entire purchase was well defined and clearly communicated to me, via email and by phone. I received shipping directions on how to ship my ring to them so they could reset my diamond into the new ring. Shipping directions included how to pack the ring, print out of a packing list and shipping labels, how to drop off the package, how to track the package - all via clearly written emails from Vera. They notified my when my ring arrived. They communicate the order details which includes price, all costs were clearly spelled out. All costs were correct, and everything is fairly priced. This is why I bought on line rather than at a B&M. So much more value for my money. I received the CADs for my custom design. They were perfect. One conversation with Joe, the Design Specialist, to answer a simple question and my ring went into production. And was completed when they said it would be (you guessed it - communicated to me clearly by email). Then the pictures arrived. Oh my. So beautiful, perfect. Then the ring arrived - when they said it would. So beautiful, perfect. Exactly like the CADs. Superb craftsmanship. Sparkle, sparkle, sparkle. Exactly what I was looking for. Sorry B&M stores, you have lost my business forever. I've noted some items on the Whiteflash.com web site (great web site by the way, easy to navigate, easy to find what you're looking for) that are on my wish list. I will purchase from Whiteflash again and I highly recommend them.
