Reasonable price, top-notch service, and amazing product

I wanted to get something special for myself for my birthday. I decided on a pair of bezel diamond stud earrings and from the moment I ordered it online until I received it, the staff at Whiteflash provided top-notch service. Liza and Vera promptly responded to all of my email (and there were tons!) and kept me up-to-date throughout the process. They let me know when the earrings were ready to be shipped and even sent me pictures of the finished product. It arrived the exact day they said it would and the earrings were even more beautiful than I had imagined or saw in the pictures. The price was very reasonable (a lot lower than what I've seen in stores), the service is unbeatable, and the product....just amazing! I'm extremely thrilled with my experience at Whiteflash and I'm looking forward to working with Liza and Vera again (hopefully soon).

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash.
