I contacted Whiteflash after hearing about them through a prominent diamond community and doing plenty of solitary research on choosing a quality diamond. I was initially unsure about making an engagement ring purchase online but was immediately impressed with Whiteflash's user interface and how much information they provided upfront about their diamonds. I had initially been looking at blue nile but I found that Whiteflash was much more transparent with their information, had higher quality diamonds, and held most of their diamonds in-house (as opposed to drop-shipping). I found my diamond and Whiteflash's staff was extremely easy to deal with for some small changes I wanted to make to the setting. When my fiance said yes and saw the ring she was absolutely mesmerized by the quality of the diamond and especially the setting. Your platinum-smiths deserve a round of applause for their intricate work and exceptional attention to detail. All in all an excellent experience.
