Malaysian Purchase

I purchased a diamond ring from Whiteflash over the Christmas period 2010. After looking through very websites, I concluded that the Whiteflash website gave the most information and I selected one of their "A Cut Above" Hearts and Arrows range mounted in a platinum ring. Being in a Malaysia a country so far away from the US, the entire process was very smooth. I received the ring on the exact day that was estimated by DHL. It was wonderfully packed with all the documentation. Liza (sales), Vera (payments), Becca (photographer) and Alan (logistics) were all excellent throughout throughout the purchase and I will not hesitate to recommend the site.

My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier.

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash. I mainly worked with Becca who is extremely knowledgeable and was patient with me while explaining certain differences. My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier. I'd recommend using Whiteflash and you'll be in good hands with Becca!

I had an amazing experience working with Liza to pick out my fiancée’s engagement ring. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, and made what can be a pretty overwhelming process feel easy and enjoyable. Liza took the time to understand what I was looking for and was never pushy. Her guidance throughout the process gave me a lot of confidence that I was making the right choice, and the final result was absolutely beautiful. Most importantly, my fiancée absolutely loves the ring! The proposal went amazingly, and I’m so happy I was able to work with Liza to find something so special for such an important moment in our lives.
