Excellent experience, quality and price

I bought an engagement ring from Whiteflash and was very happy with my decision to go with them. The service was fantastic. They helped me define my selection criteria, based on what I felt was most important, what grades I should be looking for. I ended up selecting a ACA Hearts and Arrow diamond. Throughout the process, the agent I was in contact with never tried to up-sell anything or pressure me in to buying anything that I wasn't looking for. The price was outstanding and most important of all my now fiance loved it. In comparison with her cousins and friends' engagement rings, her sparkled the brightest. I definitely recommend using them.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!

I mainly worked with Becca who is extremely knowledgeable and was patient with me while explaining certain differences. My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier.
