Whiteflash - great experience!

I was in the market for 2 loose stones that would make a pair of earnings and I would rate my overall experience with Whiteflash as 10/10 on account of the following : 1. Quality of the stones - without a doubt, as many other reviews would say- the stones (excellent cut, expert selection) were brilliant, scintillating and appeared whiter than the H color these actually were. 2. Videos and photos- big thing if you are concerned about the stones being eye clean and really white. It was of particular importance since return would have been more difficult as I reside outside of the U.S. 3. Customer service - Becca Eastman was amazing to work with. She offered some informational materials and provided her own opinions on shortlisted stones. She responds promptly, is clearly very knowledgeable and always offers suggestions within your budget. I had chosen a few stones all within the same price range and had asked for Becca's opinion and turns out she recommended the stones that also were accepted under the HCA tool. This shows that she is knowledgable and also wants what is best for the customer. I didn't get the feeling she was just product pushing so it was a pleasant experience working with her. 4. Order processing - as soon as you decide on the stone your diamond consultant will assist you with the payment options and another customer relations officer will get in touch about the status of your payment and your shipping requirements. All throughout they kept me posted. FedEx shipped the stones within 2 days. 5 - Packaging - very professional, very clean looking. For loose stones the diamond appeared to be floating in the center of a black box. 6 - lifetime upgrade - this is one of the major factors that convinced me to go with Whiteflash. 100% credit on your purchase, no limit to the number of times you can upgrade, and no minimum threshold required before you can upgrade. All in all a seamless and very pleasant experience. I would recommend Whiteflash to my family and friends and if there is a chance to upgrade in the future will definitely first check out Whiteflash. I was initially a little bit worried about getting a diamond ring online. However, this whole experience turned out to be extremely positive. Customer service was great. The entire staff was very professional and friendly. I was fortunate to work with Michelle, Jennifer, and Mariah. I was kept updated during the entire process. Shipping was fast, and I received the ring on the expected date. The ring exceeded my expectations, and my wife has been more than thrilled to wear it. Even the packaging looks as good as what is inside.
