Great customer service from Victoria

I recently set out to find a vendor to make my "forever" e-ring setting. Based on all the favorable feedback about Whiteflash on Pricescope and my own personal experience in buying a ready-set-to-go pair of princess cut earriengs (.33 ctw), I contacted Whiteflash. Victoria ended up helping me. She was very patient, nice, and always promptly returned my calls and e-mails. Pretty much a dream to work with! Although my FI and I decided to not follow through with the e-ring setting design for now, I know that based on the excellent customer service I received from Victoria, I will definitely be back again!

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!

My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier.

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash. I mainly worked with Becca who is extremely knowledgeable and was patient with me while explaining certain differences. My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier.
