Another Amazing Experience From Whiteflash

I have had the pleasure of working with Traci and the entire Whiteflash team on many projects over the year. When it was time for my 10 year Anniversary ring, I had no hesitation of calling Traci again for this very special project. As always, she was amazing to work with. She took my vision and suggested various design ideas to make it realistic. She dealt with my countless number of questions and emails with calmness and always a smile. She kept me updated every step of the way. Most importantly, the ring came out amazing. I have only had it a few days, and I can't stop staring at it. The workmanship is top notch. I highly recommend Traci and Whiteflash and will continue to use them for all my jewelry needs.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash. I mainly worked with Becca who is extremely knowledgeable and was patient with me while explaining certain differences. My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier.
