Very pleased with my purchase!

After a lot of research online, I decided to buy an eternity diamond ring from Whiteflash. The buying process was very simple and the staff was always friendly and helpful. When the ring arrived, I was blown away at how much it sparkled. I had the ring appraised professionally by a man with 30 years experience, and even he remarked that the ring was crafted with excellence, and commended me for buying such a nice piece. My fiancee gets compliments constantly, and all her friends and family always want to try it on. The ACA diamonds are worth every penny and I could not be happier with my purchase! I would definitely purchase from Whiteflash again in the future.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash.
