Whiteflash exudes professionalism, courtesy and respect for ring shoppers

Whiteflash helped me over the course of an entire year to find the perfect diamond and ring for my girlfriend. Not only were they informative and courteous, but they were also extremely patient and understanding when life called and my plans were delayed. I also compared their prices around different online and local retailers, and even if with their free one-time resizing and guarantees, they were the most cost efficient. Everyone I interacted with at Whiteflash was polite and, more importantly, honest. I would gladly deal with them again, and highly recommend them for anyone looking to shop for diamonds.

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.
