Fantastic!!!

I was so surprised when my package from White Flash arrived a mere 3 days after being shipped from America (I am in Australia). It was packaged so well, within 2 safe FedEx boxes, and then bubble wrapped, and then within 2 more boxes! Nothing was going to damage this cargo. I am a sucker for nice packaging, so the shiny wooden box that the earrings come in is a winner, as Charlie Sheen might say. My pearl and diamond earrings are so stunning, I have worn them every day since receiving them. The service from staff has been amazing also, with them contacting me to ensure I got the parcel and was enjoying it. I cant wait to convince my husband that I need more diamonds, so that I can shop with White Flash once again. Thank you so much!!

I can't say enough good things about Whiteflash and the team. America is the absolute sweetest and so knowledgeable. Working with Becca is a breeze. We have worked with them for over 8 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else for fine jewelry. They can answer any question, can arrange to meet any need, and are very efficient and quick when you contact them, either by phone or email. They truly are the best!

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!
