Best service ever!

I had never purchased a loose diamond before and only had a minimal knowledge of how to find a good stone. The customer service was amazing! Liza waled me through the different categories of things that make a quality stone and helped me find a stone that was in my price range and still a very high quality diamond as well as check in a few times to ensure got my diamond and continues to follow up with me even after the sale was made.They have a huge selection and lots of learn tools and the website as well. I am 100% satisfied and will be coming back for any diamond needs and referring everyone I can.

I worked with Becca and she made the process really easy. When the diamond came in she sent photos and videos so I could see exactly what I was getting and answered all the questions I had. Whiteflash sets an incredibly high bar for quality. You can't go wrong!

I had a great experience purchasing a diamond pendant from Whiteflash.

Becca was extremely helpful throughout the process. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, provided thoughtful recommendations, and helped me compare several diamonds without any pressure to spend more. I ultimately chose a 0.74ct A CUT ABOVE diamond, and I’m very happy with the result. The diamond is beautiful, and its brilliance exceeded my expectations.
