Great experience, the 'Perfect' ring and a happy fiancee!

Whiteflash came highly recommended and I was not disappointed! I was feeling lost in my search for the right diamond to propose with until I looked at whiteflash's website where I could see pictures of the actual diamonds along with the grading reports and other details. The diamond consultant Liza was excellent and when I asked her to personally inspect a particular stone for me she did so straight away and was able to reassure me of its quality and 'eye-clean' appearance. I was late in deciding that I wanted a custom platinum setting and although I was initially quoted 6 weeks to prepare the ring, the job was done in just 4 weeks. The CAD did not do it justice! The final ring is absolutely perfect! My proposal was accepted and my fiancée cannot stop looking at her ring even weeks later! Thank You Whiteflash especially Liza, Randi and Krystal. My fiancée now has a beautiful ring with an amazing hearts & arrows diamond as well as the grading certificate, valuation, diamond tools/viewer, presentation box and professional photos of the ring. She could not be happier and so am I! Importantly, the price was very competitive and the final ring is worth much more than I paid for it. As an Australian customer I took advantage of the strong Aussie dollar. I paid tax (GST 10%) when we brought the ring home but no duty because of the US-Aus agreement. The customs officer also offset my $900 tax free allowance against the cost of the ring to reduce the tax I paid.
