Top notch!

There is probably not much I can say that hasn't already been said. My experience was terrific from start to finish. Traci the sales representative was very helpful over the phone and prompt in her email communications. She even contacted me from her cell phone after hours to make sure one of my questions was answered. Since I am local, I was able to go to Whiteflash's offices to see some of the stones in person. I met with Bryan Boyne, the Vice President. Bryan was extremely patient and took over an hour in my first visit to explain everything from A-Z about diamonds. Everything was shown in normal lighting, so no false expectations were set. I felt no pressure whatsoever to rush into a decision. After the meeting, I got a follow up call and email, but not much pressure at all. During my second visit to the offices, Bryan was against extremely patient and helpful. I finally picked a stone after that.
