Great customer service and exceeded my short-notice deadline

Whiteflash was a pleasure to deal with. Everyone there was extremely fast at replying to all my many questions, and they managed to get my ring complete and sent out faster then I could have imagined. I was on a very strict deadline, as I wanted to propose during a last-minute planned vacation for Valentine's day. The (future) wife wanted to pick her own ring, but I surprised her and she is extremely happy with it, tells me she couldn't have picked a better one herself.
