This is a review for both Whiteflash and Sheerah K. Whiteflash as a company comes highly recommended by others, and I totally agree based on my experience. Their diamonds are beautiful! I purchased a loose diamond and was completely happy with the product and the service. Sheerah, one of their diamond experts, helped me through the whole process. She was extremely friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I was within 24 hours of buying a diamond from one of WF's competitors, and Sheerah presented me with options and a selection that was even better than what I was going to purchase. Because of Sheerah, and her alone, I truly got a better diamond. I felt like a VIP! My only feedback to WF is that they should have an iPhone app!

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash. I mainly worked with Becca who is extremely knowledgeable and was patient with me while explaining certain differences. My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier.
