Excellent Buying Experience!!

I discovered Whiteflash a little over four years ago while searching for an engagement ring for my girlfriend at the time (now wife). I performed hours and hours of research and came across Whiteflash. I began emailing them to discuss what I was looking for and they were very responsive and answered all of my questions. We discussed having a custom setting made and they sent me multiple CAD drawings of different settings that they could design for me. I am fortunate to live in Houston, TX where their office is located so I made an appointment to view diamonds in person. When I visited their office I was so impressed with the level of attention I received, it was a much better experience than what I have experienced in traditional jewelry stores. I met with their master gemologist and he jokingly told me that he doesn't sell diamonds, he sells education, and that the diamonds are free. He then proceeded to educate me on all of the finer points of selecting the right diamond. He showed me multiple diamonds and at no time did he make me feel that I should go for a bigger or more expensive diamond, but rather pointed out the facts that helped me select the perfect diamond. I ended up getting "A Cut Above" diamond and it is truly spectacular. The setting that I wanted was an A Jaffe brand and while Whiteflash showed me multiple designs that they could custom make, I didn't want to chance it since my girlfriend loved the A. Jaffe setting. When I showed them the setting, they made a few calls and were able to source the setting from another jeweler out of state and sell it to me at a very reasonable price. I was so happy that I could get the setting and center diamond from the same jeweler and this was just one of the many ways they far exceeded my expectations. Over all it was one of the best buying experiences I have ever had and I would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend or to buy from them again. In the end, my fiance was literally in awe of her ring has received multiple compliments from random strangers, which is exactly what I was after. The highest honor for a woman is to receive compliments on her engagement ring from other women- the ultimate seal of approval.
