Great experience with Whiteflash custom design

I had a wonderful experience remotely designing my own bezel-set platinum and diamond ring (with pave stones on the side), made by Whiteflash in 2008. Of course, the Cut Above diamond selection was great, and the center stone I chose looks almost perfect to the naked eye. Although I ordered the diamond online, I spoke with the sales and design staff on the phone, we traded pictures via e-mail, and we used this very cool remote design software that actually allowed me to watch the designer making changes to my ring in real-time. I actually think the process was more hands-on than if they had been in my city. And, when the jewelry shipped, it arrived quickly and in beautiful condition. I had never purchased custom jewelry online before, but of course, I had done my homework. That said, I really feel like I got great value with Whiteflash, and I would not hesitate to buy jewelry from them again.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash. I mainly worked with Becca who is extremely knowledgeable and was patient with me while explaining certain differences. My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier.
