Terrific product and customer service

Like many others, this was my first time purchasing jewelry through the net. Brief research was done and I landed up in Whiteflash.com. Issues were faced the moment I decided to proceed. I did not even know the simple job of paring a loose diamond to a pendant. Entered the live chat and was attended to by Traci. She assisted to add the items to the basket. Problem solved. Next problem. I did not know how to wire the funds over to an overseas bank. The first time I did, the wire bounced back, what luck! On the second try though, the wire successfully landed in 2 working days. The next moment, the pendant reached Singapore within 3 days from the time the wire landed. Throughout the whole process, Traci and Vera was very patient with me. Vera even made a couple of phone calls to me to help. It was not all about work, they even asked me to catch some sleep! :) Trust me when I say, they were very, very, very patient! Brittany also emailed me photographs of the pendant, before the wire landed. I guess it was to tempt me further. Haha. Good job, Whiteflash :)
