Preferable over local jewelers for Canadian

I was hesitant to order with Whiteflash or any online jeweler being from Canada and unsure of the process. After visiting local jewelers in Calgary and comparing prices, reviews and service I decided to call Whiteflash. Non-pushy, informative and helpful, Traci guided me through the process and I purchased the engagement ring. Fast forward 6 months and again after visiting local jewelers my fiance and I decided to go through Whiteflash and request a design not on the web but available. Again Traci aided us in completing the purchase and gave us exactly what we were looking for. Service and attention to detail is paramount and the rings are exactly what we wanted. I would recommend giving them a call to discuss what you are looking for and you will not be disappointed.

I worked with Becca and she made the process really easy. When the diamond came in she sent photos and videos so I could see exactly what I was getting and answered all the questions I had. Whiteflash sets an incredibly high bar for quality. You can't go wrong!

I had a great experience purchasing a diamond pendant from Whiteflash.

Becca was extremely helpful throughout the process. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, provided thoughtful recommendations, and helped me compare several diamonds without any pressure to spend more. I ultimately chose a 0.74ct A CUT ABOVE diamond, and I’m very happy with the result. The diamond is beautiful, and its brilliance exceeded my expectations. I really appreciate Becca’s professionalism and guidance. Highly recommended!
