Overseas Engagement Ring

I live in Taipei, Taiwan, and finding a good English-speaking jeweler here is tough. So in 2007, when I was ready to propose to my girlfriend, I had a choice to look into getting a diamond ring through correspondence from a reliable dealer, or take my chances with a Taiwanese dealer. I had done some research on diamonds before, but there was still a lot that I needed to find the right product. I found that Whiteflash was incredibly thorough and professional. In the end, I got a quality rock with no visible imperfections and the PERFECT setting. Despite having done many purchases online in the past, this was by far the biggest one, so I was a bit nervous. But I couldn't have been more pleased with the quality of product and the service that I found at Whiteflash. My wife and I would recommend them to anyone :)

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!
