Whiteflash is top notch!

I can't say enough good things about Whiteflash. Recently I purchased a diamond from them. Even though we hit a little bump in the road, they did everything they could to fix the issue, and kept me posted every step of the way. Their team members are top notch, personable, and provide excellent customer service! Before I even made a decision on the diamond, I was provided with Ideal-scope and Aset images, which really make purchasing online a lot easier. Their team members are extremely knowledgeable, plus they also have a ton of great information on their site. When the diamond arrived it was packaged perfect! Couldn't ask for better! I also received a necklace for Christmas that was purchased from them. It is gorgeous. The chain was a little short, and they were quick to solve that problem for me by letting me know that they can make an extender for it. Would never hesitate to work with them. Plan on having them set the diamond in the future.
