I had so much fun!!

I had so much fun working with Traci at Whiteflash!! She helped me, help my son, purchase an engagement ring for his beautiful girlfriend. Traci always responded very quickly to my questions AND provided various pictures along the way to help us make our decisions. My son's girlfriend picked the x-prong setting and she wanted a princess cut diamond. Traci helped us pick out a beautiful, A Cut Above, princess cut, diamond that was within my son's budget. The ring is absolutely GORGEOUS. The diamond sparkles like crazy and the x-prong setting is first class. The communication with Whiteflash was amazing. I received a very detailed, correct invoice. Once we wired the payment, we received notification payment was received. I received pictures of "the" ring once it was finished. I received notification when it shipped with FedEx details. I received notification when it had arrived. All along the way Whiteflash communicated the process. Like I said, I had so much fun!! Traci was so personable and made the whole process comfortable and enjoyable. This was a great experience working with a great company and even better people. We did MONTHS of research before going with Whiteflash and I'm so glad we did. I wholeheartedly and without reservation recommend Whiteflash.
