What a company!

Such a great company! Their customer service was phenomenal and was able to help me constantly throughout the process. Every person was nice, courteous, professional and so very helpful. The product itself is exceptional. So beautiful and a terrific value for the price I paid for it. When I had it appraised, the gemologist was saying how perfect the A Cut Above Diamond was and valued it much higher than what I paid for it. He gave me a range from something you would pay whole sale for compared to something you would buy at a shop in the mall and the price I had fell below warehouse prices. Amazing! I could go on with all the great things about Whiteflash but I would need days. Definitely will be using this company going forward for all my diamond purchases

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!

My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier.

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash. I mainly worked with Becca who is extremely knowledgeable and was patient with me while explaining certain differences. My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier.
