Excellent service and quality diamond.

I owed this review for sometime. Thanks Diamond consultant Traci for the excellent services. Bought an engagement ring with a 0.788carat, a cut above diamond a year ago. Initially, there is some system error. After i reserved the diamond and wire transfer the payment, i was disappointed when i was informed that the diamond i reserved was sold. But it was the prompt response and assurance from Traci that impressed me. She helped me choose another excellent quality diamond for me, and close follow up to make sure i get the ring done and received them in time. My wife love them. The diamond is very shiny and i quite see the difference in brilliance as compared to those i see in Singapore. Thanks again.
