My overall experience with Whiteflash was fantastic. The custom design process was easy, with no question too difficult for the Whiteflash team. Each step of the process was thoroughly communicated to me - from initial discussions right through to dispatch and receipt of my gorgeous engagement ring. Each Whiteflash team member I spoke with was extremely polite, honest, open and best of all - genuinely excited about the design and production of my engagement ring! Being in Australia, it was not feasible to inspect the diamond prior to production but the Whiteflash team went out of their way to provide me with the best possible specs and pictures of the stone. By their demonstrated knowledge and experience, I trusted their judgement greatly. The end result was a spectacular custom engagement ring - with accompanying professional photos!
