Can't go wrong with Whiteflash!

I'm so happy that I bought the diamond for my fiancee's wedding ring on Whiteflash. While doing my search for the perfect stone, I obsessively visited and compared many websites and stores to find the perfect stone for my taste and budget. Whiteflash's vast selection, information, pricing, and amazing service far surpassed any other business that I came across. Brittany helped me immensely with narrowing down my search, answering all of my questions (and I sure had a ton of questions), sending me pictures, and just overall giving me the assistance and guidance I needed in choosing which diamond to buy. I can't be more pleased with what soon arrived, I got one of their A Cut Above diamonds and it is absolutely phenomenal. This diamond has given me a whole new appreciation for diamonds and even gemology as a whole. It is truly beautiful. Most importantly, my fiancee truly adores it. I look forward to doing future business with Whiteflash!

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!
