Without a doubt the most remarkable jewelry buying experience ever.

My consultant was Michelle A. and she could not have been more helpful. The communication was daily, they turned my order around in under 5 business days and used FedEx overnight (at no charge) to get my diamonds to me on Christmas Eve! My wife was absolutely stunned at the beauty of her stud earrings. My original choice for settings did not come out to their standards, so they upgraded me to a higher priced setting at no extra charge. They even sent me a check for a dinner for two for my "trouble". I am so glad to have found this company. Top notch quality products and customer service. I highly recommend Whiteflash, as well as Michelle, for all of your fine jewelry needs. Five stars!!!

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!
