Whiteflashes "A Cut Above" truly sparkle.

I had a great experience buying my now fiancée engagement ring. After setting up an account and selecting items for my wish list, I was contacted by one of their sales representatives. I spoke with her several times and corresponded via email. She was very responsive and knowledgeable about their pieces. At no time did anyone pressure me to purchase more than what I needed. When it came time for billing, it was very smooth and I received the ring within two weeks. The ring itself is stunning! The setting is truly unique. I wanted something different and elegant which would stand a part from other online jewelers. The diamond is also amazing. Whiteflashes "A Cut Above" truly sparkle. my fiancée is loving the ring and gazes at it every day! She has also received many compliments too :) I would recommend them to anyone.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!
