Exceptional customer service.

I started my engagement ring shopping since October 2020. The first ring I tried on was a Hearts on Fire ring from a local jeweler not knowing it cost 100k; I quickly took it off after seeing the price tag. I went to Tiffany, a well-known reddit jeweler in LA, then Victor Canera. At Victor Canera, I fell in love with his super ideal cut stone but he didn't have the specs that I was so I solicited the help of Pricescope and found Whiteflash. I sent a live chat message to Whiteflash on a weekend not knowing their hours of operation and Debi, CEO of Whiteflash reached out to me on Sunday morning and let me know that Becca will reach out to me on Monday. I was pretty impressed by this since she could have just waited until Monday. I had asked Becca for additional pictures of the stone I picked out. She sent me a comparison picture next to a stone that's one color level higher and let me know that my stone is eye clean from all angles. I also inquired about their custom cut and custom setting options. She patiently explained both options and showed me the existing stock settings. I opted for the custom since I wanted very specific setting. I had to make a few changes to the CAD, prongs, how high I wanted my stone to be set, etc. I found that communicating exactly what you want will help a lot in the custom setting process and do not assume they know what you want. I am extremely happy with how everything turned out and Whiteflash's exceptional customer service.

When shopping for a natural diamond bracelet for our daughter's wedding, we wanted exceptional quality without paying extra for a big-name brand like Tiffany or Winston. Whiteflash specifically Becca at Whiteflash made this such an easy process... The most beautiful .9 carat simply gorgeous stunning amazing brilliant diamond.... In an elegant styled tulip pronged white gold setting.... She is now cooking dinner for me three times a week!..... No no not Becca... Heather absolutely loves the diamond and can't wait to wear it around all the bougie family members. I was confused on the order and entered it twice Becca called me on the next business day and said let's go through this and make sure you're getting exactly what you want.... She found a setting for me that was much better for that particular Stone than the one I had selected... She suggested this upgraded setting at a even more affordable price..... I'm enjoying dinner three times a week and Becca is the best I hope to have many more diamond purchase experiences with Becca at White flash!!! Bill.... We couldn't be happier with our experience with Whiteflash Jewelry!

We were celebrating our 30th anniversary, and the entire process of selecting the perfect 1.5-carat natural diamond and solitaire setting was easy and enjoyable. Liza was incredibly helpful throughout the process, and she and the design team went above and beyond to create a custom plain wedding band that fit beautifully with the solitaire. Their guidance, attention to detail, and willingness to make sure everything was exactly what we wanted made the experience truly special. Most importantly, we absolutely love the finished product. The diamond is stunning, the setting is beautiful, and the custom band complements it perfectly. We couldn't have asked for a better ring to celebrate our 30th anniversary. We would highly recommend Whiteflash to anyone looking for exceptional quality, personal service, and a beautiful finished piece.
