The final product was everything I could have wanted.

She said yes! We are both awestruck with the ring. Michelle at Whiteflash was amazing from start to finish. I was purchasing overseas, which for something so important was associated with initial apprehension, however Michelle immediately put me at ease and everything was explained. I had so many specific questions about the diamond, having done a lot of research. Michelle was able to answer this patiently and in detail. I had such a positive experience and the final product was everything I could have wanted. I would recommend Michelle and Whiteflash to anyone considering purchasing a diamond/engagement ring.

Thanks Michelle and Whiteflash!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.

The diamond earrings I purchase for my wife’s birthday came out beautiful.

I was on the fence about sizing and design, but Jennifer was very patient and helped me through the whole decision process. Excellent product and even better customer service. Whiteflash is exceptional at what they do.
