Thank you Whiteflash for my amazing rings that I will enjoy the rest of my life!

I recently approached Whiteflash about creating a one of a kind wedding band for me to go with my amazing Whiteflash engagement ring. Having never ventured into an endeavor such as this, I appreciated the way the Whiteflash staff and Vera in particular walked me through the process, helping me all along the way to understand the intricacies of creating this band. During this time I had many questions and uncertainties as production images were shared with me. Vera demonstrated true professionalism while providing awesome reassurance that we were on the right track. She always gave me as much of her time as needed to allay my concerns. The Whiteflash team helped transfer the images I had in my mind to paper, wax, and ultimately the perfect final product. Thank you Whiteflash for my amazing rings that I will enjoy the rest of my life!

I can't say enough good things about Whiteflash and the team. America is the absolute sweetest and so knowledgeable. Working with Becca is a breeze. I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!
