It is absolutely Beautiful!

I received the engagement ring today. It is absolutely Beautiful! The ring looks way better than Tiffany’s. I am super OCD (which I’m sure you’ve noticed by now), and I examined the ring closely. You did an amazing job helping me over the last couple months. I am very glad that we decided to upgrade. I see a lot of little details in this diamond that I wasn’t able to see in the 3/4 carat because of the difference in size. This thing is Huge, and she won’t ever have the need to upgrade. I think we will end up keeping her original ring as well, but I will let her decide after she receives this one. She has always wanted diamond earrings, and the 3/4 carat will be a nice size. Down the road, I could buy another to match in order to make a set of earrings. Anyways, I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the ring. Thank you very much.

The bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!

My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier.

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash. I mainly worked with Becca who is extremely knowledgeable and was patient with me while explaining certain differences. My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier. I love my beautiful pendant!

I had a wonderful experience ordering a lab diamond pendant from Whiteflash. It can be stressful ordering a piece of jewelry without seeing it in person first, but Liza was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I had the necklace customized with a slightly thicker chain, lobster claw clasp, and extender. The final piece was exactly what I wanted and much better quality than I found in local stores. I absolutely recommend Whiteflash!
