Ever since I received the diamond, I've been incredibly busy trying to get a setting for it and coordinating the ""big question"" date.

Ever since I received the diamond, I've been incredibly busy trying to get a setting for it and coordinating the ""big question"" date. Thus, I haven't had time to reply to tell you how happy and impressed I am with both the diamond and the service I received from you guys at Whiteflash. As soon as it came in, I took it to get reviewed and appraised. The jewelers that examined the stone were in complete agreement with your reports on it, along with being in shock by the price. :) As you can expect, I have received many ""where did you get it from?"" questions, and I have promptly replied with my Whiteflash.com answer, along with a high recommendation for your services and products. Next weekend is when I plan to pose the question and I am very assured that she will love the diamond and ring. If she doesn't, I might re-size it and keep it for myself..haha...only kidding!! We worked with Liza, who patiently and diligently guided us through the complicated world of diamond specifications and helped us find exactly the diamond we wanted at a value we felt great about. We weren't exactly the easiest customers (we may have tested her patience a little!), but she was incredibly knowledgeable, gracious, and attentive throughout the entire process.
