Ever since I received the diamond, I've been incredibly busy trying to get a setting for it and coordinating the ""big question"" date.

Ever since I received the diamond, I've been incredibly busy trying to get a setting for it and coordinating the ""big question"" date. Thus, I haven't had time to reply to tell you how happy and impressed I am with both the diamond and the service I received from you guys at Whiteflash. As soon as it came in, I took it to get reviewed and appraised. The jewelers that examined the stone were in complete agreement with your reports on it, along with being in shock by the price. :) As you can expect, I have received many ""where did you get it from?"" questions, and I have promptly replied with my Whiteflash.com answer, along with a high recommendation for your services and products. Next weekend is when I plan to pose the question and I am very assured that she will love the diamond and ring. If she doesn't, I might re-size it and keep it for myself..haha...only kidding!! Thanks Michelle and Whiteflash!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.

I was on the fence about sizing and design, but Jennifer was very patient and helped me through the whole decision process. Excellent product and even better customer service. Whiteflash is exceptional at what they do.
