Is there a saying once you buy an ACA, always an ACA? There should be!

I love my A Cut Above diamond stud earrings, they are so sparkly. I am really happy with the custom 6 prong basket earrings, they are are the perfect size and sparkle like crazy. I was undecided whether to purchase the flower cluster earrings or studs but I am happy I went with studs first. Becca is great and answered all my questions and gave me lots of very good advice. I am sure I will be back for the the other earrings to go with the ACA’s I am collecting! Shipping to the Channel Islands was quick and easy. If you would rather not, no worries :) I have my all the ACA’s to keep me happy! Is there a saying once you buy an ACA, always an ACA? There should be! Many thanks

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!
