I would highly recommend Whiteflash on value and experience!

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish, and she couldn't be happier with the engagement ring! I purchased an oval diamond on a gold engagement ring modified for thinner width. Throughout the process and consultation, I felt trust that the diamond and ring would be exactly what I wanted. Becca Eastman and her colleague Brittany Godin provided advice and opinions which I higher valued, and which were extremely useful in making my decision. I was considering a couple of oval diamonds which were part of the virtual inventory, which they brought in store to inspect, and help recommended which one would check the most boxes of what I was looking for. I purchased all online, from London, UK, and the purchase and shipping process was straight-forward. Overall, I would highly recommend Whiteflash on value and experience!

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!
