Whiteflash vs. Robbins Brothers

My plan was to compare the diamond to some other diamonds in the same size and price range at Robbins Brothers. I wasn't too concerned, but I liked to do my due diligence to make sure I was getting the overall best diamond for the money. If another diamond of a simile size performed better and/or showed less color in the same price range, I didn't want to miss out on it. But when I got my diamond from Whiteflash, I knew my quest was over. Nothing else I looked at compared! I’m thrilled with the diamond, it’s beautiful, and I’m impressed with the customer service that you and the rest of the Whiteflash staff have given. Thank you.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash.
